Refund and Returns Policy

Digital products and licenses

We sell downloadable WordPress plugins and digital license entitlements. No physical goods are supplied, so a refund request does not require a physical return or return postage.

This policy covers paid plugin and license purchases from Anže Štokelj s.p. (LessThanWeb). It does not change the open-source license terms that apply to plugin code or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

14-day fault-based refund offer

In addition to your statutory rights, you may request a voluntary refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the paid plugin has a demonstrable material fault or materially fails to work as described on its product page. Email [email protected] with your order number, the website domain covered by the license, the plugin version, and the steps or evidence needed to reproduce the problem.

We may ask for reasonable information or offer troubleshooting or a fix. If the material failure cannot reasonably be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase to the original payment method. After a refund, the associated paid license will be revoked and its update and support entitlement will end.

This voluntary offer is limited to demonstrable product faults or material failures to work as described. It is not an unconditional change-of-mind refund promise.

Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal or rights relating to digital content conformity. A statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when digital content supply begins only where the legal conditions are met, including any required express prior consent and acknowledgement. This policy and your purchase alone do not waive that right.

Where a statutory right gives you a remedy beyond this voluntary offer, the statutory right applies. The 14-day fault-based offer above does not replace or shorten any statutory period or remedy.

Subscription cancellation

If you purchased a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the subscription terms shown at checkout. Cancellation by itself is not a refund of a term already paid for. Unless the product terms say otherwise, the paid license remains available through the current paid term; it may expire when that term ends if it is not renewed.
