1. Who we are and these terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of products offered on this website. The seller is Anže Štokelj s.p., Kovorska cesta 25, 4290 Tržič, Slovenia (LessThanWeb, we, us, or our). You can contact us at [email protected].
By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that order. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Products and orders
We offer WordPress plugins, including free versions and separately sold paid products or licenses. Product pages describe the applicable features, requirements, price, license duration, renewal terms, and any included support or updates. Check those details before ordering; product-specific checkout information forms part of your purchase.
Prices, applicable taxes, payment options, and any recurring charges are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments for us. An order is subject to successful payment and our order confirmation. You must provide accurate checkout and billing information and keep any account credentials secure.
3. Software and paid licenses
The LTW Order-to-Board Sync plugin code is distributed under GNU General Public License version 2 or later, as stated in the plugin. These terms do not take away rights you have under that open-source license. A paid purchase is a separate commercial entitlement to the license services described on the relevant product page, such as access to updates and support.
Where a product requires a license key, each purchased license is issued for the website domain supplied at checkout. The number of licensed websites, eligible product, duration, and any subscription or lifetime entitlement are those shown for the product and order. Do not share or use a domain-bound key for an unlicensed website. Contact us if you need a domain corrected or a license transferred.
Updates and support are available during the paid license period configured for your purchase. A lifetime license includes the entitlement described by that product listing. Support covers reasonable questions about installation and use; it does not include custom development, third-party products, or services unless expressly stated.
4. Renewals and cancellation
If a product is sold as a subscription, the checkout page states its billing interval, price, and renewal terms. You may cancel future renewals using the subscription controls provided in your account or by contacting us. Unless the product terms say otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not shorten a period already paid for. A license may expire or become inactive when its paid term ends or a renewal payment is not made.
A one-time purchase does not renew unless the checkout page clearly identifies it as recurring. Any renewal price or material change will be presented as required by law.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
In addition to any rights you have by law, you may request a voluntary refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you can demonstrate that the paid plugin has a material fault or materially fails to work as described on its product page. Contact [email protected] with your order number, affected website domain, and enough information to reproduce the problem. We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting or a fix. If the material failure cannot reasonably be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase. A refunded license may be revoked.
This voluntary policy does not replace or restrict any statutory right, including any right of withdrawal, conformity remedy, or other consumer protection that applies to your purchase. Whether a right of withdrawal can be lost when digital content supply begins depends on the legal requirements being met, including any required express prior consent and acknowledgement. These terms alone do not waive a statutory right.
6. Your responsibilities and third-party services
You are responsible for maintaining backups, securing your WordPress installation, and checking compatibility with your versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and other software. Our plugins may connect to third-party services such as Trello. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability or changes are outside our control.
The WooCommerce-to-Trello plugin sends the order and customer information that you configure in your own store directly to Trello. You decide whether to enable that feature, which order information to include, and who can access the destination Trello board. Make sure you have an appropriate basis and provide any notices required before sending personal data to Trello.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Our website text, branding, and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Plugin source-code rights are governed by the license stated with each plugin, including the GPL license where applicable. You may not use our website or services unlawfully, attempt to disrupt them, or misuse license or update services.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the website, downloads, updates, and support available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every third-party configuration. We may maintain, update, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, while respecting rights attached to purchases already made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party services, unsupported modifications, or failure to keep appropriate backups.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without reducing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before a court with jurisdiction under the applicable consumer-protection rules.
