Free supports WooCommerce’s built-in order statuses. Card creation is configured independently for each status; enabling one does not enable the others.
- Open the plugin’s Cards settings and choose an order-status section.
- Select the Trello board and list for that status.
- Configure the card name, description, color, due date, and position as needed.
- Enable card creation for the status and save.
- Test with an order that reaches that status.
The plugin can create cards automatically when an order reaches an enabled status. You can also create a card manually from the order screen. Free includes built-in WooCommerce statuses; Pro adds statuses registered by other plugins or custom code.
