Include selected order metadata #
In the Cards settings for an order status, select the order meta keys to add. Non-empty selected values are appended to the Trello card description for each configured destination. Missing and empty values are omitted; arrays and objects are displayed as JSON.
Order metadata can contain personal, payment, fulfilment, or integration data. Select only information that is safe for everyone with access to the Trello board, and verify the card content with a test order.
Archive recorded cards #
Enable the card-archiving option in General settings to archive the order’s recorded Trello cards when its status changes to Cancelled or Refunded. Archiving does not delete the cards.
